Pain in the Achilles tendon! PLEASE HELP!?
My Achilles tendon was really bothering me about 3 days. Ski run my university background. About six days ago I suffered a minor strain in the groin, but is fine now. The coach I take it easy some days to allow only better. Meanwhile, I'm off the bike and pool sessions. About three days ago my Achilles tendon is sensitive to begin carrying walking down the stairs. It feels good when I wake up, but when I went downstairs to start the pain. There is hardly a small bump that seemed swollen ice tonight. Also has been extremely painful after just finished icing. PLEASE! Help me make this go away. It does not seem as important to an injury, I'm hoping that happens quickly, because I have a cross-country race in two days. HELP!
Achilles tendinitis is a common problem among athletes. If you have flat feet or arches her legs overpronate thus aggravating the problem. You mention a pothole and presume that their heels. It could also mean that your shoe is too tight or too loose. Stand barefoot in front of a mirror, if your arches are low, you need to get an arch support semi-rigid to be inserted into your shoes. If flexible shoes too easily in the hands is not good anymore. Get the best motion control shoes New Balance or Brookes. Finally, rest, ice and stretching person will help. All Excellent!
